Warranty Information
In addition to each manufacturer’s individual warrantee, Scandic Supply guarantees your purchase satisfaction. We offer all customers a FREE 1 Month exchange guarantee on product quality, defects in material and workmanship of the item as long as the item was not installed or used and is in perfect original packaging. In in the first three months of purchase your item is found to not meet your standards and you have not installed or used it we will gladly exchange or repair it for you free of charge. Scandic Supply does not make any further warranties, expressed or implied. Only a select handful of our products have UPC code approved, please check your local plumbing codes to determine if our products will work for your project. If the item has been installed and is found to be defective we will assist you in getting your item exchanged or replaced within the first 30 days of purchases a courtesy service. After that time you will need to contact manufacturers directly for warrantee, workmanship and replacement parts as we are only a retailer for the manufacturers and do not stock all their products nor do we warrantee or service them.
Returns & Exchanges: Un-Used Items in Original Perfect Packaging
Exchanges
1-30 Days: Items are exchangeable with no restocking fee
1-60 Days: Items are exchangeable with 5% restocking fee
61 Days+: Items are not returnable for any reason. Items must be completely new, unused, perfectly packed as they were received originally to qualify.
Refunds
1-30 Days: Items are refundable (Via the method paid) with a 10% restocking fee or store credit with a 5% restocking fee.
31-60 Days: Items are returnable with a 30% restocking fee & store credit only.
61 Days+: Items are not returnable for any reason.
Returns and Exchanges: Used Items
Used products are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. We suggest selling them yourself on craigslist and making a new purchase. Used means any evidence of any installation at all or any packaging missing from the item.
The customer is responsible for returning the item back to us in the original packaging and in sellable condition. The item must have never been installed. Returns of used damaged or defective goods are not allowed and must be directed to the manufacturers. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping back an exchange item within the 60 day period we suggest that on the return shipment you purchase insurance with the carrier of your choice plus you will be charged return shipping for the new item, pre-payment required. Return shipping and packing costs are responsibility of the customer at any time.
Defective Merchandise
If the customer receives an item they feel is defective, the customer must return the item to us or ship the item back to us at their expense or return it back to the showroom. If we determine the item to be defective, a replacement will be given if the purchase is within the first 60 days at no cost to the customer. No refund will with given; only replacement or exchange of the exact item allowed.
